 “Managing Change”
Projects Delayed, Not meeting their Objectives, Benefits Not Delivered

A staggering 71% of IT related projects never meet their objectives (Standish Group)!
Ever wondered Why?
Every project or process brings a change with it. Change Management, however, is more than just following a set of check-lists and saying Hey Presto! We have a new company culture!

At
ProjectSaviour™ we pride ourselves in addressing and managing this key component. We will ensure your champions and change agents are fully engaged in your projects from start to finish.
 Managing Change

Every Organisation believes that People are its most important asset. People can make or break a project – if you don’t have the necessary buy-in within your organisation.

Like the old adage: “You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t force it to drink”.

Why Manage Change?

Individuals live and function within a “comfort zone”, change that environment and they’ll put up a resistance.  When making a change, a few hours user-training on a new system or a new process is simply not enough – if people are not convinced of benefits the project is likely to fail in the long run.
To get People to perform their best, Change and Resistance have to be managed purposefully.
It is surprising how often this aspect of a project is neglected after expending considerable resource and expense on getting the technology right. More often than not, projects are failing to deliver their true potential and benefits because the Change and Resistance associated with them was not correctly addressed.

Project
Saviour™
manages Change with a 12 step approach based on increasing Awareness, managing
Transition & Transformation, and improving Performance.
